terms of service

by contacting me to begin the commission process, you agree to all terms of service provided.i reserve the right to deny any service for any reason.use of finished piecesall pieces commissioned from me are for the commissioner’s sole personal use only. i do not take commissions for commercial use at this time.i reserve the right to use (or not use) any finished piece of work in my portfolio and/or post commissions to various social media platforms UNLESS EXPLICITLY REQUESTED by you. you may also request works to be posted with granted anonymity if desired.you may post finished pieces on social media or use them as avatars. credit is not necessary but appreciated!you may use finished pieces on personal (not commercial) merchandise (ie: stickers, shirts etc).commission processi will send a sketch as soon as it is complete and any/all input for major changes to the piece must be requested at this stage. i do not send further progress until the piece is FINISHED, UNLESS this is explicitly requested prior to starting the piece.minor changes or errors on my part can be changed or fixed once a piece is finished. otherwise, all adjustments must be made prior to completion.NSFWYou MUST be 18 years or older to commission NSFW works. some form of proof of age is necessary to confirm this if you are a first time commissioner.i request that all characters involved in an explicit piece are solely yours OR that i am given contact to additional owners to request consent of the use of their characters. only with people i trust can this be waived for express respect of the consent of others.my f-list can be found here which you can use as a reference for what kinds of themes i will and will not draw in a piece. you can contact me and ask further if you’d like to inquire about anything not addressed there!
